Very happy to hear you are doing so well and thank you so much for sharing. As someone who is nearing 50 somehow and has had varying degrees of unhappiness throughout my life, it was kind of weird when I finally got happy in my early 30s. I am still not entirely sure what changed, but it did change, and that was all that matters really. I am still a work in progress and go to therapy monthly for check ins, but my emotional baseline is just in an entirely different place. And it's truly wonderful. Glad to hear you seem to have found something similar.
